There are two ways you can contact us for help/guidance. Either:
Email support@beisodahelp.zendesk.com
or
Once logged into Zendesk, click into the 'submit a request' button at the top of the homepage.
Both of these will generate a ticket in Zendesk. Your query will then be forwarded to the best person to help you. You will get notifications from Zendesk on the progress of your query via e-mail. Zendesk operates on a ticket basis.
You will be contacted by email. If necessary we can set up a call to talk through your issue.
